We are happy to introduce you to the world of Ayurveda. 
 
  • Majority of the Ayurvedic procedures done in our centre involves using of oils.
 
  • The oils will be different for different people and according to the condition of the person
 
  • The procedures suitable for you will be advised by the Ayurvedic doctor who is present in the centre;
 
  • Unless you are coming with a gift voucher or a previously bought offer, you do need to consult with the doctor
 
  • It is advisable to keep a light stomach 2 hours prior to the treatment.i.e., please do not eat anything 2 hours prior to the procedures
 
  • Disposable clothing will be provided to you during each sessions
 
  • To maximise benefits it is advisable to keep the oil on your body for at least two hours after each session
Who can benefit from these procedures?
 
For the procedures conducted in our clinic, From new born baby to any age group is safe to have these procedures. 
 
Who should not have these procedures?
 
People who have fever, people who have not recovered from other illness such as Vomiting, Diarrhoea etc. people who have open wounds recent accidents unless the GP have advised Physiotherapy. For further details on the contraindication please do consult with the Ayurvedic doctor
 
If you have any systemic condition it is advisable to consult with your GP before you take up any treatments with us.
 
It is advisable to Females not to have these procedures during the days of their monthly periods.
 
Who conducts the procedures?
 
An Ayurvedic doctor does the consultation and will advise the therapist of what needs to be done and with which medium.
 
  • The procedures will be conducted by qualified therapists or doctor (depending on the condition) 
  • the procedures will be conducted by male therapist for male client & female therapists for female clients
 
What do we use?
The various products that we use for these procedures are Oils, Powders, Buttermilk etc. The base oils are Sesame oil and Coconut oil. These are processed in various herbs, the benefits of which will be absorbed through the skin by the application of these. Sme of these oils are produced in house, most of them are imported from India from GMP and ISO certified companies
 
There are also some internal supplements which are stocked as per the current regulations of UK.
 
All our therapists are registered with BRCP ( British Register of Complementary Practitioners) and APA (Association of Practitioners of Ayurveda)
 
What are our booking, reschedule and cancel policy?
 
To avoid any disappointments please do book your sessions in advance. 
 
Our peak hours are Weekends and weekdays after 4:00 pm, we would highly recommend our clients to book well in advance for a slot during the peak hours
 
You could cancel and reschedule an appointment on a 24 hours notice, either by email, sms, or calling us at 02086908889
 
Both party have the right to cancel and reschedule the appointments.
  • Please note late cancellation or no show after booking an appointment would cost you the actual session and you might lose that appointment. 
 Cancelling and Refunding of an offer bought is based on certain conditions:
a). Cannot be refunded after 3 months of buying the same
b). Cannot be refunded after the duration of the voucher have been expired
c). Cannot be refunded even if one session from an offer have been availed
 
If the reason for cancellation is genuine and valid the refund will be calculated as per the actual rates of individual sessions that have been utilised and then will be deducted from the offer price, which will then be refunded to their account within two weeks.

  • If the cancellation is done by us then we will have to reschedule an appointment for the person in their convenient time. We do have the right to cancel any appointment and we will let the client know about the cancellation at least 4 hours before the actual session.
